No license or permit is needed in QLD, WA and now also SA for any non-firing replica / imitation weapons with reasonable excuse for ownership (e.g want to collect and display replicas, hobbyist, collector etc). For other States we cannot ship without first sighting a License / Permit / Eligibility for Exemption OTHER STATE INFO - CLICK HERE. Flintlocks do not require license anywhere. You must be over 18 before placing any order for these items. If you are under 18 and / or falsely using a parent's card or Paypal identity this is a violation of our terms.
