Third Reich DLV / Air Sports fund raising Tinnie.  The DLV was supposedly a civilian air sposrts body, but after the limitations placed on the early Luftwaffe by the Versailles Treaty, was used to select, train and prepare Luftwaffe Pilots until the conditions of the treaty were eventually fully ignored.
