Western Australia:

There is no license or permit required for a replica / imitation weapon in WA.

 

Victoria:

Type of Permit:  Commissioner’s Permit or be a person / member of a group covered by a Governor in Council Exemption (GIC) which covers a variety of individuals and groups engaged with history, re-enactment, theatre etc.  We recommend checking whether you fit into this exemption.

For Category A, B, C and H non-firing replica weapons no weapons licence is required in the state of Queensland and Western Australia. From Feb 2021 no license will be required in QLD for Cat R replicas .
