The ill-fated SAS Gulf War patrol 'Bravo Two Zero' has been much written of and much debated.
One thing is for certain though, the men involved with it were tough soldiers and part of one of the world's most elite military units.
In the late 90's we had the opportunity to support Chris Ryan, the SAS trooper who famously evaded capture and made it on foot into Syria, during a book launch and tour.
We found him to be a truly down to earth and decent guy (as most Geordie folks tend to be) and he was kind enough to sign some memorabilia for us.
